Shipping
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose from. We will always find the fastest, cheapest, and most accurate method to ship you your product from one of our SEVEN warehouses across the nation so you can start listening to your music as soon as possible! We do NOT "partial-ship" your items unless in certain time sensitive situations. Your order will be shipped altogether if it includes more than (1) item. Once shipped via USPS, UPS, Fedex, DHL, or any other parcel service, ordertvmusic.com is not responsible for lost or stolen product via that service.
Standard Return Policy
You can return most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus a mandatory restocking fee.* You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment (see Returning Your Product 101). We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 45 days of delivery. We inspect all returned items and award a partial refund for opened or used products* (see conditions chart). If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges. You must request a return within 30 days of delivery. Once received your credit will be completed within 7-10 days. (2-3 days for inspection, 2-3 days to issue credit, 3-4 days for credit show up on your account). Your return will expire after 60 days from the request if we have not received your item(s).
*A PARTIAL REFUND will be issued on any USED or OPENED products to cover restocking, repackaging, and possible repair on your product.

* UNACCEPTABLE CONDITION - IMPORTANT NOTE: If the product is received damaged beyond repair and/or unsaleable due to more than typical wear and tear and falls into any of the condition categories we have the right to refuse your refund and ship the product back to the recipient from which it came from. The refused product will be photographed and noted in its received condition for archival purposes if issues arise.
Returning Your Product(s) 101:
So, you want to return your product(s)? No problem! Let’s go over the steps to request a refund and obtain the return address, having your return authorized, read over the return policy, and properly pack and ship your product(s) back to us. At the end we’ll even include a small checklist to double check your progress before you drop it in the mail!
Step 1: Requesting A Return & Obtaining The Return Address
Upon submitting your request the next page you will be given a return address.
Step 2: Authorization of Your Return
Within 24 hours of your return request, an OrderTVMusic customer service representative will contact you confirming your return request and authorizing the return to be shipped back. The process takes virtually seconds!
Step 3: Read Over The Return Policy!
Now that you’ve gotten your return authorized to ship back, please read over our 30 day return policy as well as the conditions chart if you are returning a used or opened item. It is very important you send back the product(s) in the best condition possible so you can get either your full refund for unopened product(s) or up to 90% refund for opened or used products.
Step 4: Packing & Shipping Your Product
You’re now ready to pack and ship your product(s) back to us for a refund. Let’s go over some materials you’ll need to properly ensure your product is padded, packed right, and labeled with the correct postage that’s the cheapest and fastest option(s).

Now that you have the materials required, assemble the box, taping the box in a cross and place (1) handful of crinkled paper (or a couple sheets of bubble wrap) on the bottom of the box.
Next wrap (1) piece of paper and/or bubble wrap around the entire product. Place the product inside the box following with (1) handful of crinkled paper on all four sides of the product inside the box. Finish with (1) handful of paper and/or bubble wrap on top of the product so that you know have paper/bubble wrap properly protecting your product.
Tape the box with in a cross just like the bottom. Now, gently shake the box, your product should not move within the box at all. You’re now ready to go!
NOTE: If done properly, the product boxed should not weigh more than 2lbs for (1) music collection. This will ensure cheap and fast shipping back to our warehouse for your refund!
Postage
We recommend using the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all returns. Shipping via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation will ensure you can track your return and ensure a speedy delivery to our warehouses. Once shipped, please allow for up to (5) business days with USPS Priority Mail to be delivered to our warehouse from anywhere in the continental United States.
